Cork Insulation Plaster & Thermal Cork Coatings

Cork Insulation

Cork Insulation Plaster & Thermal Cork Coatings

Modern cork-based thermal coatings — clearly separated into external sprayed cork (VIPEQ Thermal Corkspray) and internal trowel-applied cork insulation plaster. Two distinct products, two distinct applications.

External Sprayed Cork

VIPEQ Thermal Corkspray

A sprayed cork coating applied directly to external walls. Natural cork granules in a resin binder, sprayed and finished to a textured, breathable, thermally-improving surface. Real spraying footage, real cork texture, finished houses — for renovation projects, new construction and traditional buildings where suitable.

Internal Trowel-Applied Cork

Internal Cork Insulation Plaster

A trowel-applied cork insulation plaster for internal walls. Applied directly to cold internal surfaces after appropriate assessment, it raises the internal wall surface temperature and improves thermal comfort — without the bulk or vapour-closed behaviour of rigid insulation boards.

Sprayed Cork for External Walls

Two products, kept distinct

We deliberately do not combine internal cork plaster and external sprayed cork into one vague product description. They are different materials, applied differently, solving different problems. We specify the right one for your wall — and only after assessment.

Cork insulation is only correct after understanding your wall build-up and moisture behaviour. Send us photographs and we'll discuss suitable options.
